The Polo chair was the first indoor/outdoor Polypropylene chair, originally designed in 1972 by Robin Day.
In September 2001 saw the re-launch of the Polo chair in ten different colours. The Polo is truly one of the most versatile chairs on the market.
Designed to be perfect for future recycling, utilising mild steel and polypropylene, the Polo is also considered to be very ‘green’. In keeping with this ethos the ECO version was issued made using natural, uncoloured polypropylene and at least 70% recycled mild steel.
To keep costs on shipping down and to minimise the carbon footprint the Polo is sent out unassembled, requiring only four screws to put it together.
